Each 10'w x 10'd Exhibit Space includes:
- 1 6'w x 2'd table with floor length linen
- 2 Chairs

To ensure your company contact information appears correctly in conference promotional materials, please enter it carefully when you register for your exhibit space.
If you prefer information that varies from the exhibitor registration information, email the details to events@dfi.org. Include company name, complete address with county, company phone number, website address and company contact person with email address.
Shipping Exhibitor Materials
You may hand-carry your materials into the exhibit area with you. If you plan to ship materials, you can send directly to the hotel at the address below. More shipping information can be found here.

Exhibit Service Contract
Registered Exhibitors must have a DFI Exhibit Space Agreement on file. Check the agreement box in the registration path to agree to DFI’s terms. DFI's terms.
Exhibitor Set-Up/Break-Down
Exhibitors are expected to set-up and break-down at posted times. A fee of $250.00 will be billed to companies for late set-up or early break-down.
On-Site Exhibitor Storage
Exhibitors hand-carrying exhibit materials should be prepared to store their cases and containers within their exhibit space.
Exhibit Space Locations
DFI reserves the right to adjust exhibit space locations based on program changes.
