Please Note: if you are not the admin contact for your company, you will not be able to register as an exhibitor or sponsor. Please contact events@dfi.org to update your details.

Summit Registration Fees
The following are the standard member and nonmember rates for one summit registration. Attending multiple summits will apply fees for each date of attendance.

Includes access to all summit presentations, networking breaks, and online summit proceedings.

Fee Payments and Cancellations
Payments
You may register for the summits using a major credit card, debit card, check or purchase order. Check payments are due within 30 days of registration and should be made payable to DFI.
To make payment by wire, contact our bookkeeper at bookkeeper@dfi.org.
Please Note:
- All payments are net 30 days from the date of registration and payable in full in advance of the summit dates
- Sponsorship fees are nonrefundable once received by DFI
- Registration for this event is not included in your sponsorship fee

Cancellations must be made in writing by mail or email.

Please Note, refunds will not be issued after:
- Friday, August 22nd, 2025 for the September Summit
- Friday, November 21, 2025 for the December Summit
However, you may transfer your registration to another attendee.
Other Terms and Conditions
Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on the DFI website, in Deep Foundations Magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
As a registrant of this event, and its related activities, you agree to have your contact details provided to sponsors and also to receive email from DFI and its members relating to its events, membership, and publications as well as newsletters, updates, and other announcements.
